Les projets typiques sont multidisciplinaires, impliquant une interaction constante avec d'autres consultants ayant une expertise sectorielle compl mentaire et n cessitant un focus sur l'optimisation de l'efficacit fonctionnelle tout en r duisant les risques, dans le but d'augmenter la cr ation de valeur chez nos clients.
Les principales responsabilit s pour le r le sont les suivantes ?:

Responsibilities:
Agile Senior Managers in our Technology Modernization practice drive the optimization and transformation in the ways of working of technology, product development / management, and other functions at clients across a range of industries in Canada and around the world.
Typical projects are multi-disciplinary, involve an interface with additional consulting colleagues having domain and/or sector expertise, and focus on maximizing functional effectiveness and efficiency while mitigating risk, for the purpose of increasing enterprise value creation.
Primary responsibilities for an Agile Senior Manager include :
Consulting engagement execution Identifying critical factors for ensuring the successful delivery of each engagement Displaying creative and critical thinking for resolving currently identified and pre-empting possible future challenges which clients face Architecting and delivering solutions which add perceivable and measurable client value Navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems in which competing priorities abound Thought leadership Conducting research on agile methodology, different systems of work, and their applicability to different client contexts Participating in the development of new agile consulting offerings Co-authoring articles and whitepapers showcasing the firm's thought leadership Assisting in managing the firm's knowledge assets ?Practice maturity Acting as a leader and mentor for internal teams as regards project effectiveness and professional growth Developing training materials and modules Actively sharing knowledge and providing coaching and guidance within team structures Performing case interviews Business development Establishing and maintaining client-side senior relationships Identifying potential commercial opportunities within and beyond initial engagement scope and participating in pre-sales Positioning Cognizant for both follow-on and cross-selling via stellar project execution performance Developing and reviewing presentations and proposals for clients and prospects Participating in the improvement of Cognizant's brand recognition in local markets and attracting new prospects Ideal applicant qualifications 5 - 7 years of management consulting experience at an established consultancy or advisory group, or else project management experience in industry Relevant university degree (project management certification an asset) Extensive experience and credentials in SAFe, Agile and/or Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) methodologies and execution Demonstrable skills in core consulting tools (including Microsoft Office Suite, MicroSoft Project), methodologies, frameworks, and storyboarding techniques Experience in program / project management techniques, including use of agile and waterfall frameworks, governance and risk management principles, and partner relationship management Superb written and oral French skills; ability to conduct business in French (English an asset) Home base in Montreal-Quebec City corridor Proficiency in business architecture Gravitas and ability to relate to executives Honed skills in leading teams in high-impact, high-pressure environments Broad, cross-sector, enterprise-wide business perspectives Self-starter and outcome-focused problem solver Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence Experience with QA processes in large development efforts would be an asset ?Cognizant's strength is built on our ability to work together, as well as our commitment to excellence.
